Second Hand Uniform Shop
Thank you to all those wonderful people who gave up some of their time to help out selling uniforms last week. Our school would not be the place it is today without the parental help that we receive. Thank you also to those who generously donated their old uniforms to the P & F; all money raised from the sale of these goes back into your school. If we have sold an item on your behalf you will be issued with a cheque at the end of the term.

Due to circumstances beyond the control of our school there is an urgent and desperate need for good second hand MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS’ UNIFORMS. If your daughter has outgrown an old uniform, especially a formal blouse, other families would appreciate it. Just send it into the office for sale in the second hand shop. Please attach the size, an appropriate price and your name to the item and we will do the rest. There are preprinted tags available in the office if you would like.

This year the second hand uniform shop is situated behind the drama room (old prep 1) and will be open Wednesday mornings from 8.20 till 9.00am. We currently have a fair stock of size 3 and 4 skorts, large primary school boys’ shirts, primary jackets and sports shirts, as well as a range of other items.

Most of the items that have been sent in to us are in good condition. We have however accumulated a small amount of items that are damaged, faded, stained or just dirty. We are unable to sell these items as they do not meet the school’s uniform standards. If you think that some of these items may be yours, please drop in and collect them. Any items left at the end of term will be removed.

Annual Chocolate Drive
Chocolates will be distributed to students on Friday 16th February with monies to be returned by Friday 9th of March. If every family sells 1 box each we will make approximately $6 000 to go towards the establishment of our new library.  What a great goal to set our sights for! Extra boxes will be available for the enthusiastic!

Next Meeting
Our next meeting will be in the office staffroom on Monday 5th February at 7.00pm. We would love to see you there!
